It’s easy to let “things” clutter and control your life, but as professional appraisers and auctioneers, we can come in and help you differentiate between items that have real-world monetary value and those that have sentimental value.

Barrett Street can work with you, the homeowner, the family, or an appointed executor or administrator to help organize, sort, appraise and clean your property.

We handle all aspects of removal including dumpster service and all employees supply necessary equipment. All of our employees are year round, full-time, in-house employees who have the utmost respect for your property and possessions.

Bidders must register to receive a numbered bidder’s paddle. Paddle’s require a $25 refundable deposit made by cash or check ONLY.
Bidders must be able to show proper identification.
Bidders must be at least 18 years of age.
There is a 13% buyers premium in addition to the final bid amount of any item purchased. There is a 3% discount for cash. This premium is due at the time of purchase.
All properties are sold “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS,” WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.”
Payment must be made on the day of the purchase and may be made by cash, check or Visa/Mastercard. All lots are subject to VA state sales tax, unless a resale certificate is presented at time of registration.
All items must be removed within three calendar days of the end of the auction or you will be charged $5 per day, per item.
Delivery is available for a reasonable rate, priced according to your item(s) and location.
Only upon return of the bidder’s paddle will the $25 deposit be refunded or your deposit can secure a bidder’s # and reserve a seat for future auctions until the same date of the next year.
